Still have so many apples left. Made an apple crisp this afternoon and it didn't make a dent in my apple basket after having used six cups of apples. It's gonna be good with niller ice cream. Pics attached---the progression.....haha

@Greg - Sure, Greg! Just too much to eat and no way it will be finished. I'll take it to HI tomorrow and give it to the little girls that live next door. Ate a bowl of it last night while watching "A Fish Called Wanda"---fun Saturday night movie.
