Is that lot size a typo? 1,129SF seems too small.
@gfury It's listed at 6,534 sqft. I'm not sure where the 1129 came from?
@J4yDubs Yeah, Dare county GIS has it at 6,500 sf. Are those homes on septic? That seems barely adequate.

I have no idea about the square footage. Looks like that little piece was incorrect on the flier. I believe that all of the homes in this neighborhood have septic fields. I haven't heard of any problems though. Hard to say however. I can only speak to what goes on with close by neighbors.
