My son in law while in Frisco somehow in his infinite wisdom found out about "The Fort" fitness center on hwy 12 right beside one of my fave shopping spots. (No, it's not the thrift shop!) He worked out there via code through an app on his phone to get in around 9 pm each night and had the place to himself. He was quite impressed especially since he was alone and loved it that HI had this work out center model. I never knew it existed!
Good to know. My son is into lifting now, so he might use it. Part of my basement looks like that picture now. 😂
@J4yDubs - He should try it, John. Right beside The Coastal Cottage store about a quarter mile north of Brigand's Bay entrance on the sound side. Gotta tell my son, too!
It’s a neat gym. Had a friend who stayed off season last winter at our house and used the facilities for his rehab on his shoulder post surgery. He said it was perfect for him since he is a night owl.
