How to share videos in a post/reply

You obviously can see the video button below but you can publish any video that you like. Whatever the platform you're on: * YouTube * TikTok * X/Twitter * Instagram * Facebook * Reel * Rumble/Shorts Just copy and paste the link/URL on its own line in your post or reply— the forum auto-embeds it. No upload, no attachment needed. Let me know if you have any issues.

@Craic'n Crabs I didn't realize this function was here. Thanks!

Used it in one of my last posts. Worked perfectly.

I had no idea and that makes it so much easier! Thanks Greg

@SassyGirl I like it. Sometimes links were posted with no explanation and I didn't know what it was. Now you can see what the link is before you click.

@Greg I really didn't like just links either. I think OBC did it that way. Once I got youtube to embed I tried to think of all the other platforms that could also work.

I have never used that feature. I thought it was there to enable us to post our own videos that were not yet uploaded to the web.

Cool feature.

@tgp After rereading the thread, I now understand what I was confused about. So if it’s OK and not off topic, I’ll try my first video here. I picked a random video of mine. Some of you already know that I love watching happy dogs. This is Tarheel and his neighborhood gang of colorful clowns, Miss Quinn, Miss Blitz, Miss Fizz and Mr. Stolas.

@tgp - Love this video of Tarheel's friends and I had never seen it before! Some kind of wild hairdo on little Miss Poodle! They are all so sweet and I love watching dogs, too. Thanks for posting it. It's a good one.
