So, talking to my friend today coming down this weekend and they are bringing down rib eyes....she's too sweet and basically a "hostess gift.". Such a thoughtful person. Recipe for these that I have used many a time before and noted on the old site: One cup pale ale beer One cup soy sauce One cup rice vinegar One cup ketchup One cup molasses 2 tsp each: paprika, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Mix altogether and add steak and marinate for 24-48 hours. Grill and ta-da!
