My three sisters and niece and me. Seems like yesterday Hubby and me next to last trip together down there. Pray others on here will share special pics of memories on the banks. 😄
@Obk9x2 ...i don't have a pic to share...two years ago my wife...dale...and i spent what would be our last trip to obx to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversity...it was a wonderful time...the banks was always a very special place for us...we always considered it our happy place............

@vanative Amen and amen ❤️ Thanks so much. I talk to my Billy all the time -get stares sometimes haha- who cares cause it makes me happy. One of his brothers told me after he went to heaven "You do what makes you happy and dont worry what me or anyone else thinks. Its not about us- its what makes you happy now" haha so next time i come down there and you see a lady talking to what seems thin air that would be me and please give me a wave. Another special memory for me when my hubby was healthy and we were enjoying our time up on Carova beach. That t-shirt was one of his favs and he was wearing it the afternoon God called him to heaven. Meant to be!
