Nice salad with fresh produce from farmers mkt - vadalha onion peppercorn dressing and cast iron skillet fried cabbage, tri-color peppers and smoked summer sausage. Later on plate of canteloupe (late hubby always thought odd) but i put salt and pepper on it 🤷. Crab dip (leftover crabs from last night), pulled pork sammiches with slaw. We love fried/smothered cabbage but it's too hot tonight to turn on the stove. Alexy gave me an idea for mid week when it is going to be near a hunnert degrees - tuna and white bean salad.
@Greg Sounds great Greg! Gotta say this rain and cloud cover is welcome here and wasn't bad to have the stove goin before noon. We're gonna get them dreaded 90s again this wk too so def no stove cookin here. Salads and sliced rotessiere chicken on my sliced sourdough bread will keep me happy!
