The last time big tunas were this close, the angler on the pier didn't fare very well with NCWRC. It never pays to post your catch on Facebook if you don't possess the proper HMS Anglers Permit. Hopefully this angler was aware!

brett Barleys shark surround was so wild to watch. I remember one time my SIL telling me if people had any idea how many sharks he could see from the tower of his boat they would freak out and never swim :)
