I get it but he screwed over a homeowner who used to post over on the old forum. He took a stock photo and posted it flooded with 3 feet of water photo shopped through it after a nor easter in 2017 and she was sent the picture by a family member and she drove straight there 7 hours in hurricane conditions only to discover it was a photo shop.

Yeah , I get it they do for satire but this was done during the actual storm and there was no way to confirm or deny the situation and she was sent the picture on his phone. I was told if you looked closely on a full-size monitor you could see some evidence of photoshopping However the picture was sent as a screen capture to a cell phone due to the shock of seeing her brothers house “flooded” and once they saw the picture and they could not get in touch with neighbors to confirm or deny anything he left work packed some basic essentials and drive through the night from northern Va to arrive at dawn to find out it was fine. He reached out to Whoever OBXLex is they never responded said sorry or stopped doing whatever it is they do.

Look at this site. In the past I wouldn't have even tried to put this together. One I'm not tech savvy and two it would cost a fortune to pay someone else to build. AI made it all possible.
