I always scan their magazines for new recipes and have found some goodies. Side story: It's really easy to make and my daughter loves it. As a matter of fact, her favorite meal is pinto beans, boiled cabbage, and homemade cornbread. REALLY southern. When she was first married, her husband called me every year asking me how to make it for her birthday dinner and he is def NOT a southerner. End of side story. Give this recipe a try. Oh, my daughter also loves the Shrimp and Grits at Basnight's Lone Cedar Cafe on the causeway between Nags Head and Manteo. I'm sure it's a ton better than mine, but she would never admit it....
