Left the beach yesterday morning and headed back to the Blue Ridge-aah mountains. Hung myself out of the car window to take a pic of this log thinking it was a baby alligator sunnin' on it along the swamp on route 64. I think that the wood piece at the top was just weathered to look like one.
Ha! At first glance, it looked like a baby owl with its wings wrapped around the log! 😂 I had to zoom in to make sure (my eyes aren't what they used to be! 😂)
@LimitedGovernment - Ha! My eyes are the same. Sitting in traffic at the Alligator River held up by the new road construction before going over the bridge. I was bored!
