I could NOT stay away from watching these waves last fall. September 29, 2025 on my playground, Ramp 49. Up early getting stuff ready for the beach trip today. Driving via Raleigh and interstate 40. Yuck! I'm driving my "new to me" family truckster, so I'm excited 'bout that. Only 425 miles. Suds are packed......
I get to see my most cherished person in the world on this trip, my granddaughter. Pictured six years ago in Avon at age two; the last time her family was at an ocean. She was an only child at that time; three brothers later..... ought to be a wild few days on the beach.
